Homewood Suites by Hilton Tulsa South Medical District

The room - 613 - was newly rennovated... it is gorgeous. It is more like an apartment that a hotel room. The view from th 6th floor is exceptional VERY QUIET, except for brief periods of renovation work VERY private... i needed the rest & also room to get my work done

Bc of construction it was usually hard to find a clear path to the hotel.... street listed on the address was usually closed down. Alternate routes shouldve been given, and signage re: that days way to hotel should hav been posted FROM 71st Street on in to the hotel. Very pet friendly & extra kind toward pets. I just wish there could have been some type of path, or green space, or little yard to walk my dog... location is surrounded by restaurants & convenience stores, but only parking lots, & streets congested w/ traffic surrounded th hotel.

We had to switch rooms due to the fact water wasn’t working, fridge wasn’t working nor microwave. It was an inconvenience cause both of us were tired. And to top it off the morning all you hear is banging from construction.

It was quiet at night..because of the construction few people were at the hotel.

The construction was dusty and dirty..the front entrance was a mess…also there was a limited breakfast because of construction.

The front desk staff were great!

When I arrived I was told that there were no rooms with two twin beds. My sister is handicapped and we were supposed to share a room. The hotel was still being built as we drove up. We noticed broken windows to some of the rooms. The lobby was unfinished, the walls were not painted or finished. the floor was covered in plastic. It was in disarray, the reception area had dry wall as the background. I am very disappointed in "Booking.com."

Hotel is in a mess with a lot of construction they should not be booking until they are finished I stayed one night and they promised me they will refund the second night I have not seen the refund yet

There was construction and the pool was closed. No warning on the site. Disappointing as kids love to swim

The staff was very pleasant. But to be honest the bed was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t any notification that the property was under construction. So when pulling up I couldn’t even tell if the hotel was open or not. Was unsure if I was at the right place due to no signage that was visible anywhere. And in the morning when checking out and was going to eat a quick breakfast and be on my way but it was 15 after and the lights were still off and food not ready. Could’ve waited to be honest I wanted to eat and get on my way and was very inconvenient.

I did not know it was under construction. Very loud and dirty. There was roaches int he bathroom. If it wasn't so late I would of left but due to the late check in, we stayed but kept the lights on

Nice spacious room, pleasant and helpful staff. The main complaints are the shower, very little pressure and could not keep it contained in the shower area, the floor got wet no matter how much we tried. Also there was an odor in the room, not horrible but the scent of the cleaning supplies or whatever the source was odd and not very pleasant.
