Nothing was right in this hotel. I will never go back again.

Dirty hotel very run down. No towels no toilet paper. Breakfast was joke.

Room had no blankets. No phone to begin with. To service for clean towels. Ac not work good in 90 degree weather originally had trip plan with another

The rooms were decently clean, no shower curtain, upstairs hallway was not that bad, but the downstairs was terrible

Cleanliness was a 0/10. Did not clean the toilet, the mirror, or have any soap/shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. Mattresses were disgusting and beds were poorly made. Overall hotel needs upgrading and much better cleaning. Have experienced better 2.5 star places. This has been the worst.

Desk clerk was friendly. But first room had no pillowcases. No door on bathroom and sheets had many stains. Second room was little better but door lock broke. People were living in camper in the parking lot that looked to be tbere awhile with stuff everywhere

The service was very nice and the sleep was comfortable, I also enjoyed having the ability to operate the AC unit. The bathroom was rough and there were spiders and flies around.

The room was very filthy, trash was left on the room on the floor , the bathroom was nasty , tub was not clean, the shower curtain was dirty , and even saw a couple roaches in the tub

The hotel was extremely dirty no phone no cups no soap hot water didn’t work brown water came out soon as I tapped turned on extremely terrible somebody spit was in the safe

The bedding looked clean but that was the only thing clean in that hotel. Roaches in the bathroom when we woke up. Pubes and dry soap bubbles on the wall of the shower. The toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor. Front desk said they were the best hotel in the area which I feel is a stretch. They told me to contact hotels.com to get a refund but I paid at the hotel, not through hotels.com. Kids were hanging out the window yelling at people in the parking lot. People smoking near the entrance.
