Baymont by Wyndham Flint Airport North

The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was surprisingly good also. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

We checked in, and we were asked if a ground floor room was ok. That’s fine, as long as there is no access from outside was my reply. We went to the room, and found it had windows that opened, and it wouldn’t even lock. The door had a hole where the deadbolt locked, and the chain lock had been broken off the frame recently. It stunk, there were no towels (even hand towels) and the TV didn’t work.. not that I was staying there with my young daughter at that point anyway. We immediately booked a new hotel, and I’m trying to get a refund from this dump. Don’t book this place!!!!

Everything needed updated. Cockroaches dead and alive in the bathroom. Secured lock was broken off. The only reason we stayed there was because we needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours.

Very tired property. Budget only. In needxof attention and repairs.

The room smelled with an manly sweaty order. The bath tub/shower has not been cleaned because there were hard water stains, mildew stains and mild stains. The room just felt dirty. There was not any comforter on the bed, just a bed sheet. The halls were dirty and did not feel safe to be in. The parking lot had people hanging around in it, questionable people that made us feel unsafe. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

No cover on bathroom vent, hole in door Fist size. Mattress was bad. No clock. Floors in hallway entrance dirty with trash, glass door was dirty,stairs to second floor dirty. Room was clean, only reason we stayed.
