"Won’t come again."

The cereal and muffins were the only thing good.

The shower was aweful. It needs 2 doors to close off the water going all over the floor.

"It was the biggest let down joke of a dissappintment it could be.DO BETTER"

Absolutley nothing. Wasn’t even close to what was advertised. Entire building, inside and out, looked like a section 8 housing building. Everything was tore and beat up inside the halls/floors. Rooms were filthy and dingy. Curtains ripped. Chairs falling apart for the desk seating. It was an absolute joke. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the property to actually handle anything. Still waiting for my refund I was promised from front desk worker Sunday morning when I checked out.

Everything. Entire building was a joke. From house much of a mess it was upon walking in the main doors. Rooms were filthy. FILTHY SOILED BED SHEETS STILL ON OUR BEDS UPON CHECK IN AND ARRIVAL TO THE ROOM.

Good location if you're trying not to be right directly in the cities, but still near most restaurants and stores. Clean rooms with good amenities. Clean and nice sized pools and hot tubs.

The dining area (or kitchen?) was under reconstruction so instead of having an all included breakfast buffet like advertised, we ended up getting tiny doggie bags with all pre packaged food like a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, bagel, muffin, and an apple, then choice of tiny boxed juices. Super unsatisfying when expecting an included breakfast buffet to start the morning instead of having to go out and buy more food.

When you have to watch TV on your iPhone and the TV in your room does not work and you ask for it to get to be working and come back and it’s not working. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was very good. Location was convenient to the freeway and had a sports bar right next to it.

The room desk chair was in rough shape. Covering peeling off badly. The hot and cold water was reversed in the bathroom sink. There were stains on the curtains and the bathroom door. Floor in room was filthy. We expected so much more from a Radisson property. Front service personnel were not very friendly or sympathetic to some of the issues we presented at check out.
