"We got in really late from an overseas flight and left in the morning, so we were not that very long."

It was under some construction so there was a bag breakfast, our room needed some repairs, sink drained really slow.

"My day was very unpleasant."

Location

It wasn’t fully clean. There was bugs in the room. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was a hole in the wall. The carpet smells stale. The breakfast is terrible. It’s like a breakfast in a bag. Something you give to elementary school kids. The TV didn’t work. You had to contact the front desk for them to give you instructions on how to be able to turn on the television. The television was very old and small like 32 inch.

"Utterly disappointed"

The staff assigned us a new room after we first received a room with yellow stains on the bedding.

The hotel was being renovated and everything was in disarray. The hotel’s posting advertised a lavish continental breakfast; we received a bagged to-go breakfast.

"It was adequate."

Our room was in the freeway side so we heard semi trucks and traffic all night, very little sleep, and the breakfast area was under repair so limited breakfast selection and we had to bring it to our room.
