"Meh"

Nice staff

Thin THIN walls..you can hear conversations and televisions. Across from air Force Base so you get helicopter noise. Okay clean...not the best.

"Overall my stay was good and access to a alot of areas in Rochester was easier. Came for RIT Grad."

A major refresh involving paint and carpeting was happening. While it did not impact to much extent in the end, it would have been nice to know before we got there.

"Older Courtyard but fairly nice"

Room is ok but dated. Lobby is comfortable for sitting and eating meals. Breakfast was good quality.

Bistro prices are high. Breakfast averaged $25. There is no brewed coffee available until the Bistro opens.
