I like that it had a balcony. But why have a balcony when at the end you try to charge for ppl that smokes and then slap a $250 smoking fee on my card which I am working on getting removed. False advertisement. What’s the point

We like the location; took advantage of the ale house right next door to the hotel.

A little noisy on the 2nd floor, could be in part due to renovations overhead on the 3rd floor?
