Views and room has been updated recently

Five star price for a three star hotel. Waited 50 minutes for breakfast which was cold. One staff member on the floor was run off his feet taking orders, running food with no time to clear tables. Maybe someone called in sick but insane to expect one person to serve the amount of people at breakfast.
