Very friendly staff, great for staying with our dogs, beautiful park and water next door. Nice rooms with garden view

Elevator was out of service but it was great exercise walking to the top floor 😀

The location is fantastic.

Parking is very tight for a truck, kitchenette was poorly outfitted so use of the kitchen required me buying and bringing equipment. Bathroom was VERY small. Much of this was the issue with being in an old building. Elevator was non-functional. Poor ventilation in rooms, and exhaust fan moves little air in the bathroom, and some rooms didn’t have one.

The location it is very accessible, and it was in Downtown and free parking

Elevator is not working, some of the stuff are ok but most of them can’t even greet the customer. The facility has no AC

Parking is tight

A hotel with a broken elevator is an unacceptable situation, especially considering I'm paying for a service that should guarantee accessibility and minimum comfort. Having an elevator out of order 'indefinitely' is not just an oversight; it’s a serious breach of the hospitality agreement. Choose another hotel.

Superb location for many things for tourists to see within walking distance. Excellent and helpful staff. Readily available free coffee/tea bar in the lobby was very helpful for us staying several nights, and wanting to grab and go for more sightseeing. Pet friendly was very helpful for us.

We got short notice about elevators being out of service during our stay, and about the harbor noise from construction, so if we'd needed/wanted to cancel and rebook somewhere else it would have been difficult getting suitable alternate accommodations. Thankfully, neither issue was a deal breaker for us. Coffee was absent only one morning for awhile. Just unlucky timing I guess!
