The bed was decent

Ac was loud. No shampoo or conditioner. Staff was lazy . Had acid pouring out of remote, brought it to front desk and he said I’ll get to it when I can I’m eating my dinner. And then returned it after with new batteries inside and said if it doesn’t work I’ll let the front desk know in the Morning. So thankfully it worked or we would have been without a tv.

When I checked in the jerk manager charged me more than what my reservation said. He said he would credit me with the difference. He never did. When I said I needed a 4:30am wake up call to catch a plane he said okay, but I never got the wake up call. Thank goodness for my phone waking me up.

We were left high and dry in the parking lot because the hotel said are reservation was canceled. Called Expedia and they were far from willing to take care of that problem.

They do not accept online reservations anymore as they've decided not to renew their contract with booking.com but are still receiving reservations just so they can inconvenience customers the day of check in telling us to call customer service to request a refund. It's messy and unprofessional and I will never book with this location again due to the huge inconvenience and stress it caused me this morning. Due to onset illness I had to leave work early because my body experienced extreme signs of psychological stress.

Came in for race at Eldora last minute. Solid clean hotel with no issues.
