"Pleasurable but was a little disappointed"

Beds were comfy.

Person who checked us in was super rude. My room was paid for already and took my card to put on file. However, he charged my card 40.00 for no reason before we even stepped in the room

"Overall, this hotel was worth the stay and the facilities and amenities were top notich."

Bedroom was very clean and supported my familiy's needs. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and other staples.

Starting in the early evening, the lounge area was mobbed with adults throwing a party, and the pool area was crammed with children displaying unseafe behaviors - no lifeguard on duty, no adult supervision.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff are very friendly.

We had a dog bone on the floor of our room under the desk and a pair of pants left on the desk chair. After we found those the room no longer "felt" clean. We have stayed here many times and this is the first issue we have had

Breakfast area was clean and hours for breakfast were very convenient. Friendly staff

The first few hours the room had a strong smell of chlorine that wasn't pleasant probably after cleaning
