I did loved everything

The grounds were beautiful with a grassy lawn surrounding the parking lot. The pool was in a nicely landscaped outdoor location and not on display to the entire hotel and lobby, as some are. The property was clean and newish and looked well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to be happy to have guests staying at the hotel—A very nice experience!

Liked everything

The breakfast was good. However, the waffles were very popular and families would monopolize the machines and were taking the whole can of whipped cream back to their table not allowing others to even have a chance. But that’s not Hampton Inn’s wrongdoing

Very upset when my husband went down to get coffee at 7 am both days and the coffee was cold. Maybe sitting around from the previous day? Coffee is very important to us and for many others first thing in the morning so that was a real let down!

The breakfast room was a good size and the choices were good. I had an ADA room and it was exactly what I needed.

I knew we did not get a full room clean which is fine but I thought someone would remove the used towels and the trash. That would have made the stay a little more pleasant.
