I ACCIDENTALLY BOOKED HERE AT VANDALIA ILLINOIS RATHER THAN VANDALIA MISSOURI. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE HOTEL TO TELL THEM. FIRST, THEY DIDN'T ANSWER AND THEY HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK, THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED TOLD ME TO OK A REFUND WITH BOOKING COM. SO I DID. BOOKING.COM TELLS ME NOT TO WORRY. THEY WILL EMAIL QUALITY INN AND SUITES IN VANDALIA ILLINOIS AND GET A CONFIRMATION TO REFUND ME. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE HOTEL, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING.
