Quality Inn & Suites Steamboat Springs

Although it looked like the rooms were recently renovated, the beds are on a metal platform that you often kick when you get close to it making an unruly noise. Bathrooms are a bit tiny. Outside of the checkin person(her name started with a Z), who is very personable the others at the desk were not helpful in identifying local sites. The GM even said that is why they have a wall of sites… but they really don’t identify , biking or walking trails. Use Google.

Location a little out of town but no problem

Good location for Steamboat ski area and a few miles from downtown. No elevator which was annoying getting things to/from the room. Decent continental breakfast. Room size was nice. Property could use a facelift but it’s very functional.

The Breakfast was good. The view was amazing.

You advertise a hot tub, and that was a selling point. It did not work. Wasn't told that in the beginning. Our room wasn't cleaned. Therefore, we ran out of toilet paper and had to go ask for more. They didn't have coffee, our 2nd and 3rd mornings, and we were up before breakfast was served. We like having coffee in our room when we got up before we hey dressed watching the news. Very disappointing rooms are not cleaned and restocked daily.

no elevator and our room was upstairs,they should let you know this. I would've requested 1st floor.
