Gutes Frühstück - jedoch kaum Service- so wurde nicht 'aufgefüllt'.... Wir waren etwa 9:15 Uhr beim Frühstück!

Das Personal für die Pflege des Zimmers waren trotz Sprachprobleme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten in der 5 Etagge kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen. Wir haben es bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Es hat sich niemand darum gekümmert. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist. Es gab keinen gemeinsamen Platz , um mit unserem Hund zu frühstücken. 20 Euro für einen Hund!!!! Wofür Das Personal an Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Kaltes Wasser beim Duschen und die Leitung des Hotels, hat sich für unsere Anliegen nicht interessiert. Zusammenfassung: Hunde unfreundlich, Gäste stören eigentlich. Ich würde allen abraten, Bremen ist toll
