The lights in the bathroom area did not work neither did the electrical outlet. Bathroom had a small hole in the wall, tub could have been cleaner.

Sheets were dirty, hairs stains, bad smell

The room was dirty, there was a lot of smoke, the sink was thick and dirty water was coming out, with plague, with food and hair should focus more on cleanliness and comfort.

I booked a non-smoking room through Booking.com and received a confirmation. They even called me to confirm if I was still coming, and I confirmed my arrival. I then started traveling to the property. However, when I arrived, I was shocked to find out they didn’t have a room for me, they were sold out. They offered me a smoking room instead, even though I was traveling with my family and kids. I immediately started calling nearby hotels to see if anyone had availability, but everything was fully booked. My kids were crying in the car, it was late, and they were exhausted after a full day of travel, it was time for bed. In the end, I had no choice but to book another hotel at more than double the original price just to have a place to sleep. It was an absolute nightmare.
