The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. Very pleasant welcome on arrival Room was nice and modern. Lovely and clean

The staff in the bar area could not have been more reluctant to work. I had to go inside to the main bar several times to order drinks or food despite 'lounge' staff walking around aimlessly outside. Then even at the actual bar, they were more fixated on chopping lemons, sorting ice than serving the customers qued along the bar. Food was also disappointing

I like how spacious the room was for me and my family and how we got to celebrate my uncle Kenneth birthday.

Love this hotel just can’t understand the poor customer service in the bar/Barfood area

Not bad near the uni and some cafes (walking distance )

Old place and feels like a maze .. breakfast is not good quality

Lovely location, the staff helped me find my lost ID
