The organisation of breakfast. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated, We then had to wait another 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. My over easy eggs were very hard. This left us very disappointed as we would have otherwise have given 10s

Die Bar hat leider schon um Null Uhr geschlossen. Ein Stündchen länger wäre uns recht gewesen. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Angesichts dessen finden wir eine Gebühr von 20$ pro Nacht etwas viel; 10$ wären meiner Meinung nach ok.

The check in process good, the room is comfortable and hot tub amazing after hiking Colorado Mountains!

The restaurant in the check in area was great if you were a man. My friend and I (both female) walked in and sat at table and waited several minutes to be noticed before we were even given menus. We noticed when men walked in they were acknowledged and given menus before they even sat down or within seconds of sitting down. We both are ER nurses and travel frequently and this is the first time we have encountered this. I’m hoping just an off day.
