There was no hot water. The front desk didn’t seem to think that that was a big deal. I had to yell for another room or I wanted my money back

I did not have a refrigerator, the back door to the building was let open all night. The coffee machine was in the bathroom.

The staff is very pleasant

Outside doors at night a lot of spiders and bugs. Not in areas where residents lived. People living in hotel smh. Housekeeping did not want to clean rooms for our 3 day stay. Bedroom window broke no one came to fix. Hard to get cleaning supplies. Carpets were very dirty. Toilet was not clean when checked into room. They put us in bad building. The building where you check in has better accommodations not sure why they put guest with the people who live at hotel made no sense to me. They need a lot of improvements.

Staff was nice I lost my key card twice. I asked the cleaning lady to clean my room and she didn’t. Not her fault she didn’t speak much English.

There were chicken wings garbage all over the place. No hot water to shower or shave. My dog picked up a chicken wing bone and I had to snatch it out of his mouth.

Old rooms, which is ok, but ones labeled as 'non-smoking' still have a strong smoke smell to them because over the years the smoke got caked into the carpet, mattress and pillows. It would be good if the hotel stripped the old carpets and put in new vinyl plank floors, otherwise you will keep getting this complaint. Also there was duct tape over the bathtub faucet from a previous tenant.

Todo sucio, desde los cubre camas, las toallas, los visitantes de la habitación de al lado y de la parte superior cada vez que caminaban se sentían en mi habitación, tremendo ruido, no pude dormir nada. El area parecia como del viejo oeste en estos tiempos ( abandonado total), y cuando me levanté por la mañana, eso era basura por donde quiera. Un desastre total
