Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne

Very good location, close to the train station and near the city center, in a quiet area. It is a very large hotel, and the spa and swimming pool are included in the price. The only drawback is that the rooms do not have balconies, and if you are a smoker and want to smoke, you have to come down from your floor, walk through the entire hotel, and then go outside in order to smoke. In addition, on our last night before departure, at around 3:30 a.m., someone repeatedly knocked and rang our doorbell for about five minutes. It was quite unsettling. We did not open the door because we could not identify who it was, and nothing could be seen through the peephole. We believe that measures should be taken to prevent situations like this from happening, especially during the night and at such early hours. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Staff on welcoming were lovely. Location and sauna were great also.

Swimming pool had mold issues and the floor was really slippy. The sound proofing of the room was not great. As you could hear cars and people easily with shut windows.

Na základě předchozí velmi dobré zkušenosti s tímto hotelem, jsme pro naši další cestu zvolili opět Hotel Pullman. Bohužel tentokrát jsem by "upgradován" do pokoje suite. Tento pokoj byl v jiné části hotelu. Jeho vybavení neodpovídalo kategorii hotelu, pokoj měl zařízený kuchyňský koutek, ale to nenahradí staré vybavení koupelny a pokoje. Na stěnách a koberci byly skvrny, pokoj byl velmi malý (úzký). K dispozici byla elektrická žehlička, která byla popraskaná, proto jsem ji nepoužil. Stěny hotelového bazénu byly plné skvrn od plísně. Snídaně nic zvláštního, co by odlišovalo tento obvykle velmi drahý hotel, od jiných a levnějších hotelů v Eindhovenu. Velké zklamání. Kvalita ubytování neodpovídala ceně 130 EUR/noc.
