Location and staff

Extremely old and unkept. TV didn’t work as well as A/C. Everything was rundown: room furniture, shower faucet, etc. Very disappointing.

Room was nice and big. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Could use some TLC as paint on the door was chipping.

Not a lot of close food places. I order food from the “restaurant” in the hotel but it was burnt so bad most of it was not edible. Way over priced for the low quality.

Room is very spacious

A minor disappointment on the buffet breakfast schedule. The Marriott Bonboy website says open until 11 AM on the weekend. I came at 9:35 AM and at 9:55, the staff told us that buffet close at 10 AM. Had they informed me before I started eating, I wouldnt have eaten. Some guests even came at 9:45 and the staff didnt tell them until 9:56.
