Sheraton Suites Wilmington Downtown

The property was very conveniently located.

The property shows very obvious signs of age. Severely scratched doors, peeling wallpaper, poor lighting in the hallway because of non functioning lights, and numerous other issues that make it hard to believe this property generates the nightly rate it charges.

Breakfast was good on days we ate bagels tea selection was great. Housekeeping if you request it but I would ask for your carpets to be vacuumed.

My room was dirty like cracker crumbs all over the floor the carpet was not vacuumed prior to my being there the shower door didn’t shut all the way and water leaked on the floor they are upset about me requesting more towel everyday im putting piles of towels in the hallway that they are continuously picking up then it was said that the other guest were complaining I don’t want to keep them so they can’t get washed so I was confused are you getting them or is someone complaining about imaginary pile of laundry and trash…..this isn’t something you feel as though you should fix and I can tell that they were tired of me or certain staff members not sure if they were having a bad day on those days but life goes on right

They charge for internet and that was unexpected and charge for parking but parking needs updated.

The building and the room were very nice.

I didn't quite dislike anything you should have a different variety of pillows maybe and fragrance delivery systems for the hallways.
