Baymont by Wyndham East Windsor Bradley Airport

Breakfast is just simple, rooms were fine, clean and nice but there was a short period of time where the water was running brown water. The bed made a loud noise when you turn.

Common areas of hotel were dirty and smelled of smoke and weed upon arrival. We were sent to park on the back of the building "closest to our room" by the lady at the front desk who had an attitude about the arrival time of 9:15pm. I was an inconvenienceyo jer and she made that very clear. Driving out of hotel main parking and into a seperate enterence where all over the side of the building were signs that the hotel is not responsible for damage to vehicle or theft. We entered the back side of the hotel where we ran into multiple individuals smoking at all the entrance where it clearly states this is a 100% no smoking facility and smoking is to be done away from the building. My 11 year old was in a large softball tournament this weekend, and the special Olympics in Springfield made hotels in the area very difficult to find. When we exited the vehicle to go to our room, individuals high off the weed they were actively smoking in the entrance ways made its very uncomfortable for both my daughter and I to enter the hotel. Once we were inside there was no clear direction on how to get to our room. Once we found it, the door was "shut", but looked as though it had been broken into with a crow bar.....as did many of the rooms in the same hallway. The door when shut... did not seal AT ALL! The carpet had red sticky globs of something all over it, the smell was absolutely disgusting, the bathroom floor had literal balls of hair from previous guests all over it, the toilet was questionable......nothing like hovering to make sure you do t catch anything from contact. The refrigerator had been turned off at some point.. likley due to the fact that the fridge and microwave were linked to the light switch so there was no way to avoid it......but when I opened the fridge, water legit poured out from the freezer defrosting all the built up ice. Everytime we exited the "saftey" of our room, there were young men.....actually staring at my 11 year old daughter cat calling at her. I requested a room change, but was brushed off my the woman at the front desk. Literally ignored. She wouldnt even give me a name. The only sign of who was in charge was a plaque at the front desk indicating the managers name was Brenda. After multiple requests to speak to her were ignored, I gave up because being in the common areas was just a little scarier than being behind the "locked door" of our room that easily could have been broken into. Do NOT stay at this hotel........especially with your children. This hotel is not safe in any way, shape, or form. Your website is misleading. Your website is false advertising. The fact that it is linked to wyndham rewards, is crazy to me. DO BETTER. And wyndham rewards...you too!! ....Screen tour hotels that you participate with a little better. Its is beyond me that you classify this hotel as somewhere your willing to send people who use your program to.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Shower was fabulous with great water pressure. Quiet facilities.

Facilities needed some update and painting. It didn’t feel very clean. Countertop in my bathroom was filthy. Patched holes on the walls in my room.

It was safe and beds were comfy.

The property has seen better days, but it was nice enough for the low price!

Awesome Stay. Clean rooms comfortable beds. Good Customer Service. Affordable price.

Location was convenient to airport

Room was dirty, needs major remodeling!! Bathroom had mold in shower area! Carpet in hallway’s needs replacement.
