"Unable to checkin after 12am!"

I didn't stay at this hotel. The hotel lists that it has a 24/7 Front Desk, but after booking I was sent a message that they only allow check-in between 3pm-12am. My flight was delayed and we landed after 12am. Hotels.com was unable to get in touch with the hotel and I had to rebook a new hotel at the very last minute. This hotel then charged my credit card anyway, even though I didn't stay..

I stayed for 6 nights at this property and am very pleased with the overall experience. The room was clean and spacious (for 3 people). The staff was very very helpful! I got to the hotel after 9pm so room service was closed. The reception helped me order from a nearby restaurant! The spa is super small so if you like those amenities this hotel won't be great for you. Great for business trips!

No complaints. The room was comfortable for New York standards, a bit small but it had everything we needed. The staff’s attention was excellent, very friendly, and always willing to help with any needs. We were pleasantly surprised by the $30 daily credit at our disposal to use at the bar or the café next to the hotel. The location was excellent, and the décor very creative.
