"Exceptional"

Very nice hotel with employees that care about the property. When we went to check out, the first thing that the front desk agent asked was how was your stay and is there was anything we could do to make it better. We order room service one night and the food was awesome. Normally hotel food is 3 stars at a 5-star price while this hotel is 5 stars for a 3-star price. Quiet room, helpful staff, great food, and hotel taxis are reasonably priced and can be paid for with your room to ensure that there are no issues with the price.

This place is awesome. Great Staff. The location is close to everything. The included breakfast and happy hour will be missed. If you need a nice place to stay in Bogota without having to file bankruptcy later, this is the place to stay.

Excellent location, good service and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit bare and the hotel could do with some spring cleaning and modernising. The breakfast is good, plenty of delicious fresh fruits and tasty caldo de papa, but the breads and pastries were a bit stale and didn’t do justice to Colombian pastries

"Excellent Stay."

We booked two rooms for three nights each for a family of 6 persons. The rooms were next to each other as requested. The beds are comfortable and AC and shower worked great. Hotel breakfast was excellent and above all the service was simply amazing. From check in to checkout, each staff member treated us with respect and went out of the way to help with directions, dinner suggestions, taxi booking and money exchange etc, The location is excellent and is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and feels very safe at night. It’s 25 mins ride to the center of the city but that’s manageable. We will definitely stay here again.

"Very Nice Place to Stay"

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Always nice to have a separate living room so someone can sleep while another does something else. The free breakfast is wonderful with a cook who will make you eggs. There is a free happy hour with treats and few wine and beer. The location is great and plenty of local restaurants.
