Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport

Great little outdoor salt pool, super comfy bed, staff were really nice, waffles.

Pullout bed in couch needed new mattress. My daughter could feel the bar and she weighs less than 100lbs.

Great beds, friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet location.

No elevator.

I left my card accidentally at the front desk and the staff kept it until I called to recover it.

It lacked presence, the quality of the fabric and furniture, couch, chair, bed, felt dated and cheap. The hotel had no elevator and I cut my finger on a sharp part on the banister going down the steep stairs. The pool was closed and empty for repairs. The hallways felt muggy and musky.

Great location. Easy on and off access to I 5. The pool was very nice.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was standard but good - they had two waffle makers which means there was no line for waffles that I experienced in many other hotels The hot tub was comfortable (even if not that bubbly)

The fridge in our room was noisy, we asked for help and were promised that someone would come. Noone came, or if they came while I was out, then the problem wasn't fixed. We just turned it off for the night There is very little noise isolation from neighbors and from outside, lucky noone was noisy into the night

Found a cockroach in sink area. No elevator to reach second floor with luggage.
