Grand Hotel Beijing

Comfortable and clean, bathroom is a little tired, bad water leak stains around the front door area.

WFI was extermely weak, staff are freindly. Booked for two adults with breakfast, but was pozzeled when they billed me for the second person.

Hotel was grand at one time... a long time ago. It is in desperate need of updating. Proximity to Forbidden City is good, but not really close to any restaurants or services. Hotel's restaurant is way too expensive for what they serve and they only have 1 not 6 as they advertise. Expedia breakfast deal is a ripoff as it is only for 1 person for 1 day of your stay. Breakfast was worst of our 24 day Asian trip, and all others were included with room price.

this was the perfect hotel for a forst time visit in beijing. everything is close to reach and the hotel itself is amazing. great room, amenities and i must say that the staff is also more that cool! from the friendly doorman to the fairy sarah who runs the business center, concierge desk and what else not?? :) looking forward to my next stay.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and polite. Hotel is a little old but nice. I would stay here again.

Walking distance to Forbidden city. Clean and very well organized. Very reasonable price in Beijing. Very friendly staff. I forgot one item in my room. The following day I received the shipment in Shanghai.
