the staff , where all superb from reception to room cleaners

Very friendly staff, very clean and quiet but the bed and pillows were very firm and therefore I had poor sleep

In area for a funeral and hotel was perfect for my needs

the toilet was broke long with the seat. The counter staff already knew it was broke when we went to report it.

The hotel rooms are a bit outdated and exceptionally warm, with no air conditioning. There is no mini bar. The breakfast was poor with limited options. Service was nice though but I would not say it’s good value for money.

Have stayed here several times, because close to family .some rooms quite small. However overall a reasonable place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel and room. Shower could do with updating but all in all a very pleasant stay.

A good hotel with a decent and large choice of breakfast options. Room was fairly clean but a bit more attention to detail when dusting is needed - and the shower head needs renewing or descaling. Stayed there beofre and would go back again. Good location.
