GLH Hotel

The room was so bad no shower curtain, no toilet paper, the door that goes to the other room doesn't have a door knob there is paper blocking it there a table in front as if that stops someone from coming in .no bathroom light just a lamp that shocked me the curtains are broken this is the worse hotel TV remote doesn't work no smoke detector on writing on the walls strip of duck tape on bottom of the front window there is a power bar in the room running from the other room not clean at all

Staff was rude and unprofessional.

A lot of activity in the parking lot and outside of rooms. Rooms don’t look like pictures and not kid or family friendly. Checked in and checked out 2 hours later because it was unsafe for me and my child to be staying at this hotel, door lock didn’t work so door only locked with latch at top, ac unit went out twice in the 2 hours I was there. Trying to get a refund and the hotel is ignoring the process complete bs don’t know how this hotel is still open. 100% don’t recommend especially if you want to be comfortable and safe.

I would like to say I had a very bad housekeeper. downstairs very rude I asked for towels and TP and was told NO TO ASK THE OFFICE AFTER HOURS. I was very unhappy.in tell I saw a housekeeper upstairs.she was very helpful and out going very professional keep up the good work for the housekeeper upstairs... She tall dark and has worked there for a long time I can only stay downstairs due to my disability.she always greets me and make sure I'm well taken care of that's what keeps me coming back. To your hotel..
