GLH Hotel

By far the very worst place I have ever stayed in!

The bed looked like it had been slept in and remade the carpet was dirty i did not stay an told the desk that I wanted a full refund and the door look like it had been kicked in to many times

Place is run down. I immediately checked out after seeing room. Door didn’t shut, lights didn’t work, place was filthy, and there were cockroaches everywhere.

This place should be condemned! It is listed on multiple websites. I feel like I got a disease looking at it for five minutes. Very scary and unsafe. I feel the need to report it to someone, but I don't know what the recourse is. Avoid at all costs! I hope I can get a refund!

I had no TV and it says u will have a microwave and refrigerator but that's not going to happen.

the first room I was assigned did not have any working lights. the second room I got, did not have towels, soap, TV, or fridge. after my first night, my key to the room was locked, and had to go back to the front desk to be able to get into my room. I felt I had to go to the front desk way more than I needed to just to get basic things that should be provided. Awful experience

Nothing, besides the manager in the Am said he would refund me as soon as booking.com says yes So he was cool about it but I'm waiting on booking.co.

The cockroachs that were roommates with me for the night and also fell on me from the ceiling and best part waking up in the middle of the night with 3 roaches on me before deciding to back my bags in trash bags and slept in the car

The hotel was in critical conditions. Nothing like the pictures online.

I got there and they put me in a room with no TV there was bugs everywhere and they still didn't reimburse me for that fact
