Firstly, I had to deal with a very rude manager who was blaming me for not understanding his unclear instructions as it wasn’t his job to assist me with checking in. Secondly, the room was extremely dirty — blood stains on the pillow cases, are you guys serious? Do not recommend staying there

It was close by the area's we needed to visit.

The bathroom door needs to be to fixed it kept sticking and hard to open, since my husband was in a wheelchair, also the toilet sit was very loose, had to be careful when trying to sit on it. Other than that it was a clean bathroom.

Our TV was ripped out/stolen from the room when we arrived, called the front desk and there was nothing they could do and they were not aware of the TV being gone…

"Horrible experience and would never go back"

Nothing, the manager was horrible and the facility was average. The door to access the hotels from the exterior was broken and the key card was not required, which means security was pointless.
