"I probably will not stay again. There are many other options in the area."

This property is conveniently located with quick access to downtown. Beds were decent and the room was fairly clean.

Our room in particular had a phone that did not work and made noise all night long. Electric outlets needed to be reset in order to work. The patio door does not lock. Not the safest feeling. They also only have 1 ice machine and it was not working.

Balcony door in 208 didn't lock. It was right next to the stairs and don't feel secure Also, the door to outside closed loudly against the wall that the bed was on, waking us up whenever someone left the second floor.

"Not a good nights sleep"

Good location

There was a horrible smell in our room, thermostat didn’t work so we opened the door all night to air out the room and cool it off a bit…lots of traffic noise. We got in late or would have asked for a room change

"NEVER AGAIN"

ZERO stars is still an understatement!! I just got off the phone w/ the deeply problematic front desk person/manager and WOW, is he a doozy. My husband & I left early, at 12:30AM after I called 911 when we were awoken by a woman SCREAMING b/c someone was breaking into her room via the exterior patio door. Two cops showed up immediately, & quickly found 3 drunkards profusely apologizing for losing their key (no 24/7 desk attendant). Apparently one banged on the door in an attempt to wake their friend inside while the others scaled the wall outside and broke in via the unlocked patio door which awoke the friend to screams - and the rest of the hotel. … Now I understand this could (possibly?) happen elsewhere. But we then realized our patio door (also) couldn’t lock. And since there was no one at the front desk at midnight, we were out of luck. The manager dismissed my concerns on the phone this afternoon, continually interrupted me, asked me to call back later, get to the point, why didn’t I do this or that, and despite me asking him to allow me to finish several times, refused to do so. My jaw is agape at his disrespect and lack of concern for his customers’ safety & well-being.
