"Luxurious accommodation perfect for a girl’s weekend."

We were given a newly refurbished property at 216 Brook St Broughty Ferry. There were a few minor issues- the shower in the en suite room would only run at tepid. There were no bins in the bathrooms or bedrooms. The control for the heating was tricky- we couldn’t tell which way was up on the circular control. The heating couldn’t he programmed to come on at a certain time in the morning do the flat was freezing cold when we got up. If these issues were fixed a good rating would be excellent.

Only one shower . Overall cleanliness was fair . Sofa very uncomfortable and tv did not work . Other than that things were good

"Amazing weekend spent in this property , the flat was stunning and provided everything we needed to make our stay memora"

The property was clean and furnished to a very high standard. There was nice little extras , bottle of Prosecco, tea cakes and all the essentials you need for your stay . It was a very central location and the owners always answered questions quickly.

We found it very difficult to get parked but it was a very sunny weekend so Broughty Ferry was really busy .

Location as good as it gets. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby plus free parking. Nice surprise on arrival (prosecco & cookies)

Heating was off at first but started working after the host set it up. Leak in downstairs WC but this was also fixed.
