Hotel theft At Centara Sonrisa Residences & Suites Sriracha, 800 USD and 45,000 RUB were stolen from a closed bag in the closet. Immediately after discovering the theft, we reported it to the reception. The hotel has never contacted us, apologised or offered any help. Every day we had to go to the reception and beg for updates. The police questioned the maid who entered the room and seized the things for examination. We conducted the whole process on our own - the hotel did not participate or support it in any way. Only on the last day before our departure, when we raised the issue of compensation ourselves, we were offered 5000 THB for the first time, and then in exchange for a document that covered the hotel and indicated that we "waive all claims". When we insisted on the correct wording ("partial payment of goodwill that does not remove responsibility"), the hotel refused to provide it and insisted on its favourable version. We were not offered even minimal care - such as a free drink, service or extension of stay for the duration of the investigation. I got the impression that the hotel was just waiting for our departure to silence the situation. We warn other guests: In case of theft, you will be completely ignored, pressured and tried to absolve yourself of responsibility.

No beach and only pebble, dirty shoreline with stray dogs and dog dirt. Breakfast was ok. Catered for families with small children eg grab machines and children's foam party.

The privacy & relaxation of the place. Swimming pool with jaccuzi. The various choices of breakfast. Drinking promotion (happy hour). Value for money.
