Hi Pyramids

Absolutely everything from the stunning view to all the facilities in the apartment but most of all Eisa was outstanding, he helped us in so many ways, ordering food, taxis, tour guides, airport transport he couldn’t have done more for us, everything was incredible at Hi Pyramids! If I could give 100/10 I would! ❤️❤️❤️

The call to prayer woke us up very early in the mornings. I would've brought ear plugs if I had known!

Honestly I never normally write reviews, in fact I think this is my first one, but after staying here I feel it’s the least I can do. The property is as described, lovely spacious apartment with and absolutely incredible view. The pictures don’t do it justice, the pyramids are massive and even if they weren’t there the view of the city is incredible on it’s own. But really, the star of the show was the host Eisa, he’s why I’m writing this review. He is incredibly kind and helpful, he will basically sort out and help you with anything you need and will reply to messages almost instantly. He changed us money for the EXACT exchange rate from Google, not keeping any for himself. He arranged transport and tours where needed. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive at the place until 4am in the morning, and he waited for us and was still there to greet us. Honestly I’ve never had such a good experience with any host, even at hotels. You NEED to look at this place on AirBnB where it has 100s more reviews, as it appears not many people book through booking.com. If you’re thinking of visiting Cairo and have somehow found this place, stop thinking and just book it.

- Eisa provided us 5 star customer service from when we arrived an left. He assisted us at all times with food deliveries, taxis and tours and without hesitation. - All 3 rooms had airconditioning. - Has a smart tv in the living room. - Comfortable beds. - Clean apartment when we checked in. - Amenities in the kitchen was complete. - Internet is good. - View from the balcony was amazing.

- Unfortunately that time construction was ongoing at night but not a deal breaker for this apartment.

We initially booked the apartment for the incredible view, and were surprised to find the view was only a bonus! The apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything we could need! The host was amazing and organised anything we needed offering the best tours and tips for visiting the pyramids and Cairo - particularly recommending local chicken kofta, which he arranged to be delivered right to the door - we got it every night and it was fabulous! Photographs do not do the view justice - it was spectacular. We loved relaxing watching Netflix, the beds were super comfortable. The fridge and freezer were well stocked with lots of water bottles which we appreciated! We absolutely loved our stay at Hi Pyramids - it exceeded expectations and we would love to return.

You honestly cannot beat this view. The host promptly met us upon arrival, showed us up to the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. The bedrooms are comfy and clean, and the value for money is fantastic especially if you're visiting as a group. Could have spent all day every day on that balcony! Highly recommend.

Some people will say the area and building are run down- it's just typical of Giza, if you ask me. Had a fantastic stay overall and prefer this kind of apartment where I can cook/do laundry/etc. over a hotel.

The balcony view is incredible and location is 5 minutes walk to the pyramids. Apartment is very spacious, owner is very kind.

It was very noisy because of the on-going construction above us and it was cleaned very poorly. We were disappointed because of lots of hair on the mattress and covers, sheets didn't have covers, toilet was very dirty. We expected it to be spotless clean for this price we paid as 2 guests.
