B&B I Portici Di Sottoripa

It could have been a nice stay, because we were looking for a place not far from the old town and with parking facilities,at a fair price. So I found out in Q&A that the parking 🅿️ was supposed to be 24 euros/24 hours for B&B customers.At the check in this was confirmed .

Unfortunately ,we were told at the parking place at the Old Port,that we were charged 48 euro/24hours,so no discount applied. What I didn't like was how the manager of the B&B ignore us, I mean you are responsible of a B&B in a Bank Holiday Weekend and ppl can't get in touch with anyone if they need help,(maybe lost sth or left sth inside),we called several times as the Clerk of the Parking suggested us,nobody answered then the telephone was switched off.So we had to leave and paid the full amount. After chatting trough booking,and trying to put the fault on us like : you should have said u stayed hier,which was the first thing we underlined to the employee,I asked him for a refund. So after a few days I got in touch again on the phone and said there had been some malfunction in the Parking and the number plate car had not been registered by their system.First if he had not ignored our call (at our arrival we had called him also),we could have paid the reduced parking ticket,second he should give us a refund,as indicated in Booking the sum is 24 euros,and is not a guest problem who belongs the Parking,as he said he 's not the Owner,but eventually he could reclaim from the Council, especially because it could happen everyday with others guest, which is a big disadvantage for the facility.He told us in the end is a "Courtesy"for his guests,but is Not! Because is a big Plus you have as a B&B to write there is a Parking Place at a fair price,infact we choose it for this reason!!

Nel bagno c'erano gli asciugamani e un rotolo di carta igienica e nient'altro,se uno non avesse portato lo sciampo non si poteva fare il bagno.

A szállás közonti helyen egy régi,tradicionális épület 6. emeletén található. Tiszta.

A szoba sajnos igénytelen. Felújításra szorul. A falak beázva, a dugaljak nem mindenhol működnek, van ahol lámpa sincs felszerelve. A légkondi sem a fűtés nem működik. A légkondi egy edénybe van bevezetve. A reggeli sajnos értékelhetetlen, inkább nem kéne ajànlani. Száraz,csomagolt,olcsó télelek. Az àgy 140 cm széles, 2 főnek szűkös.

Aquest B&B es troba en front del Port Antic a 100 metres del Aquari, hi ha restaurants i bars a la zona i les vistes del port son molt maques. No te aparcament però hi ha un pàrquing justament davant on es pot aparcar, encara que resulta una mica car. La habitació es amplia i el bany està bé, El llit es gran però a mi m'ha semblat bastant incòmode (però això va a gustos). La persona que ens va atendre, que es el recepcionaista i també el que fa la neteja, es molt amable, fins hi tot va acompanyar al meu marit fins al pàrquing. Hem estat només dos nits. Per mi suficient.

L'estil del B&B. Tot bastant embellit L'esmorzar. Teniem un cistellet amb crusant, galetes, pa torrat, un brick de llet i un altre de suc, una tarrineta de nutella i uun parell amb mermelada. El cafè podies prepar-lo tu mateix a la cuina. No m'ha agradat gens aquest sistema.

con respecto a la habitación con su baño privado, era tal cual se ve en las fotos y eso estuvo muy bien. También la limpieza era super correcta, todo tranquilo. Incluso la cocina (compartida) estaba impecable y había algunos artefactos (pava electrica, cafetera, microondas) a disposición.

la zona es horrible! llegamos de noche y tuvimos miedo (viniendo de LATAM es dificil pero me pasó). Todo era bastante oscuro, había olores en las calles, no me pareció la mejor zona donde estar. Incluso ni recorrimos la ciudad, solo dormimos y nos fuimos la mañana siguiente
