Location, it is in quiet neighborhood, plenty of greenery near, metro station medical university is near. Hotel receptionist was really nice woman who greeted us well.

"Cosy, welcoming, warm"

Nunu greeted us very warmly. A very cosy and lovely hotel, our friends regretted that they did not choose the same one. The room and the whole hotel were neat and clean. The location may seem remote, but it's actually a very quiet area. There was a great view from the balcony.

Two rooms, bed, host Nino is wonderfull

The bathroom is cold, towels of the precious guests were in the bathroom as well
