the remodel was nice and the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. nice lining. nice shades and curtains

the shower head was awfu.l We couldn't regulate the temperature in the room. the plug in at desk didn't work and there was no phone cable in the room for the phone.

Great stay. Very friendly staff. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. They are under construction we stayed in the updated room. Things to do close by went to The Caverns.

"Extremely poor condition hotel"

The staff at check in was very nice and polite and our room was ready. There was another staff that helped with the vending machines who was also very nice. The condition of the hotel and room was awful! They claim to be under remodel but never saw any work in process just an extremely poor condition run down hotel! I recommend they close temporarily until they complete the remodel. It was truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed. If the hotel was as nice as the staff I would be rating 5 stars.

I’ve stayed here several time this week. Smooth check in no problem. However last night it was credit card to be put on file drivers license than a 20 min wait for the computer to catch up. My card and my license are on file as I tried to explain to her. But had to go through this process.
