Honestly for the price, our hotel experience at the Comfort Inn wasn’t bad. The beds were very comfy, AC worked great. Wish the bathrooms were more upgraded, seemed outdated and not the cleanest. The pool was good but it was a little cloudy and needed more water. Breakfast was awful. Over all I give this a 3/10 over all. There is NO elevator so you will have to carry everything yourself. We were here 4th of July weekend and the front desk associate booked an elderly couple upstairs and didn’t come until after my wife and I carried their bags up for them while we’re dripping wet from the pool. If we wouldn’t have been there this elderly couple would have severely struggled with their bags and the stairs. It was shameful for the hotel to do that to him. Beds were soft which we surprisingly liked! The beds were the best!

This needs to be updated-think they are working on it-not very appealing in the hallways! The staff were all very nice and we enjoyed talking with them! Very helpful. No maid service during our visit and had to ask for towels.

The room was nice and comfy.

It was advertised with a sauna tub, yet it only had a shower. The front desk told me they didn't have rooms with sauna tubs and didn't even offer a discount for false advertising the room.

Nice big shower with shower chair available. The only thing it's missing is grab bars. No other complaints.

Great space and great breakfast!

If they were remodeling they stopped half way through and forgot to start back up 20 years ago. Old outdated

A convenient hotel that is good but just misses the mark of being a perfect stay. Rooms are remodeled, but that means laminate flooring, which I personally do not care for. Carpeting is quieter and softer on the feet. The room was large and seemed a bit sparse…only one soft chair when there could easily have been two, and no ottoman. Bathroom had a nice glass shower (no tub), and a nightlight which has become a rare commodity at other hotels. My room overlooked the good-sized pool, which as of early June was not open yet. It would be pleasant on a hot day. The hot breakfast is always welcome, and they do offer different items each day as early as 6 am. However, because the hotel is understaffed, not everything was available without staff input (i.e., coffee machine, waffle batter, milk dispenser). The staff were pleasant enough but not always as attentive as needed. I just stood and stood at the desk for check-in and then had problems entering the door of my room. Would I stay here again? Yes, it was comfortable, quiet, and pleasant overall, and with just a little more attention to details could be the best place to stay in the area. And of course, the 4 pm cookies in the lobby are always welcome.

The room we stayed in was clean and updated, but the foyer was outdated. The beds were comfortable with an easy check in. Overall, it was a good experience.
