Dat je heelveel regels waar je aan moest voldoen, alsof je een kleuter bent. Niets op je kamer eten b.v. Bij de ontbijtkamer geen warm water is. Overal prijskaartjes opstonden op koffie,theezakjes, etc. In de nacht het stroom uitviel en de eigenaar probeerde te bellen of te appen er geen reactie kwam, ook de volgende ochtend niet Geen warm water om te douchen, niet kunnen scheren, geen koffie of thee kunnen drinken. Die dag erna toen we al weer thuis waren.reageerde hij

the communication was terrible. zero empathy and treatment as we are persons. i wrote again and again that i do not speak read or understand spanish -all the communication was in spanish. they required online check in and the link did not work for the second guest / second room. i flagged this immediately only to get a threatening response hours later (when we were already boarding for lanzarote) how we cant stay there if we do not complete the online check in for both guests. regardless of appeals about the link not working for us (on two different devices) we were provided no assistance. in the end i got a lengthy whatsapp message on how all the guests ever were satisfied and i was stupid... :(

Super nah am Flughafen und Cafés und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig. Self Check-in auch spät und ohne Probleme
