"Disappointed in management attitude"

Never got to stay there… management call said we couldn’t stay there because I lived within a 30 mile radius… inconvenient my plans.. I tried to reason with her she got rude and told me she would refund my money and to get off her phone she didn’t want to talk to me… I wasn’t rude to her.. tried to reason with her because I really needed that room at that rate.

Didn’t get to stay… management said she couldn’t accommodate us

"In short they probably got an offer for more money for our booked room so they f**ked us over."

They canceled our reservation stating they have some type of policy where "Locals" radius of 30 miles can not book their rooms. We live 26.9 miles away and over an hours drive. We ARE NOT local not that it should matter.
