Unfortunately there was a terrible incident at the hotel and we had to check out after two hours - no refund as yet despite multiple follow ups.

Room was clean and satisfactorily maintained.

I have been staying at this location for many years. I have noticed in general the property is need of a refresh. The room key entry mechanism malfunctioned repeatedly which was frustrating. Additionally, the stairs had torn fabric, and exposed metal could potentially cause a fall that could lead to a serious injury. Further, the room is in need of a refresh or update.
