The location is good for the tram and to get to the city centre and there are some nice restaurants. The wifi was very good.

The photos show the place at its absolute best - it is a lot more tired than this now, and it wasn't as clean (the bathroom wasn't cleaned during my 2 night stay). The system for arrival was a little confused (I was told the key would be in the room door, when I asked which room, I was told "1 ... or 3 or 5"). The bathroom (with toilet and shower in a single room) is shared between 5 rooms, which could be up to 10 people using one room.

The only positive aspect of this nightmare was the quick and professional response from Booking.com customer support, who managed to find us a last-minute replacement accommodation late in the evening.

We arrived at 9 PM to a fully paid and confirmed booking, only to be told via intercom that the apartment had already been given to someone else — and shockingly, the host claimed it wasn't his fault but Booking.com's. No one greeted us, no help was offered, and we were basically kicked to the street with the advice to "just cancel and find something else." It was late, on a Saturday, in an unfamiliar city. The host was completely unreachable afterward and showed no responsibility or professionalism whatsoever.
