The house is very beautiful, it has its own charm, is so welcoming. The communication with the host was very smooth, they were ok with the fact that our flight was moved later and arrived almost after the checkin time. There was very clean, they left us some water and some drinks. They suggested us where to eat or where to make some shopping for the day. You have everything you need if you want to cook the meal inside the house. You can make your coffee in the morning in the Italian way. The view is gorgeous, you can even see the Vesuvius if there is no fog or cloudy. We have had a rented car, but we have tried also to reach Sorrento centre by foot, being with a kid in a stroller. It is not that heavy to walk near the side of the road, you have marks where to walk as a pedestrian and everything is ok. There are about 15 minutes walk. It was a great option to have quick access both to Napoli/Pompei and Amalfitan Coast. I am highly recommending renting a car. It is so affordable and easy to go everywhere. Overall, a very beautiful place and we highly recommend it, if we are going to come again, we will choose these house again, if it is available. Thank you for everything

The location was spacious, bright, well equipped, with a beautiful private deck and outdoor shower. Lots of space and 2 bathrooms as well as a washer and drying rack. The host was great, easy to communicate with, very helpful and provided suggestions for good restaurants. There was plenty of room for 5 of us. Definitely recommend this location.

The A/C struggled a little to cool the main living room area down, so it was a little warmer than we'd have preferred, but it was extremely hot outside too. Bedrooms were cool enough.

The property was located in a quiet, secluded area yet close to the centre and beaches. It was very clean and well maintained with lovely bright decor. It was very well equipped with a good supply of towels and was spacious. A very good cleaning service was provided during our visit. Basics such as coffee, sugar,salt, washing powder, etc. were provided with a very welcome array of complimentary cold drinks in the fridge on arrival. The host Fulvio was extremely friendly, kind, courteous, welcoming, and so nice and obliging. He was easily contacted via WhatsApp and always replied graciously and swiftly to any query. He provided wonderful information regarding restaurants and amenities in the area. The balcony was a real bonus and was very spacious, with great seating and some nice views. There was a local shop with basic supplies just a few steps away and a choice of supermarkets within walking distance. The train and bus station were also within walking distance. The town is beautiful with lots of narrow streets, a great variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, and many trip providers. It was a fantastic base to visit other nearby areas of interest and was good value comparatively too.In summary, it was a really great accommodation and perfect for a family with or without a car.

We had a wonderful experience and stay in this beautiful accommodation and location. It was as close to perfect as you get. If making a tiny suggestion for improvement, it would be the AC in the living room area. As we were a family of 6, we used the couch beds. This area got a little warm at night. We were there in July with temperatures in the 30s, so this was perhaps a contributory factor. All in all, it was most wonderful and lived up to and beyond expectations!! Well done, Fulvio. Andreina was a wonderful host, she went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. Even before we arrived she tried to help us find a taxi, then through our stay booked taxis for us whenever we needed them. She even specially went to the port to find out some information we required for our further travels. The apartment was very well equipped and spic and span when we arrived, Andreina even put soft drinks for us in the refrigerator. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for a family of 6. The massive balcony with all the seating was a bonus.

the facility itself was great. Great rooms, great host who provided a lot of extras (coffee, drinks, etc). Great views from the multiple porches.

The location would be great for someone with a car. While train and town were a short distance, the walks was on a road with no sidewalks and many fast cars and scooters. so we did not feel safe walking.

It was very clean, spacious, quite and very well maintained.
