Green Corridor - Ahangama

Property was clean and very spacious. An excellent price to also have a kitchen area too. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely return if back in Ahangama!

Lovely big room, clean and hot water in the shower. The hosts were very accommodating for all of our needs.

Probably my favourite guesthouse in Sri Lanka. It's very calm and well decorated. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's right in front of the train station but still very peaceful.

The property was beautiful. Great amenities (some of the hottest shower water I’ve ever had while traveling!) the ac works great and the bed is very comfortable along with very friendly welcoming workers.

Das Green Corridor in Ahangama ist ein kleines Paradies. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und der schattige Balkon bot einen perfekten Rückzugsort. Das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war das hausgemachte Frühstück. Es war das beste Essen, das wir während unserer gesamten Reise durch Sri Lanka genossen haben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Janani und ihren Mann für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wir wünschen ihnen alles Gute!

Es war kein Moskitonetz angebracht, wir hatten aber selbst eines dabei.

We stayed here for 9 nights. The cottage is super clean and is cleaned every day, really excellent. The location is amazing; almost everything is within walking distance. What’s funny is that it’s practically next to the railway track, yet you hardly hear the train at all. The train passes slowly because there is a station nearby, which might be the reason. The grounds where the cottage is located are truly beautiful as well, a stunning garden with lots of greenery. It is also swept and maintained every morning. There are all kinds of lovely little animals walking around, such as monkeys and squirrels, and there are small ponds where the birds can bathe. Unfortunately, we only had breakfast here twice, because in the mornings we often went surfing further away. But the breakfast here is highly recommended, absolutely delicious! In short, we would definitely love to come back here if we ever get the chance to visit this lovely place in Sri Lanka again.

Check out is 9am so be aware. Not a big deal, but the two waters in the fridge are not free.

We had such a lovely stay at Green Corridor! The location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, a very big and delicious breakfast. But besides this, the people of the hotel were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here a couple of nights! Much thanks!
