Beautiful apartment, really spacious in a good location with great, attentive staff & service. The balconies, rooftop and pool area were lovely

Minor detail - the shower door seals were not great so the water would run out of the shower

There is nothing to dislike about the property

The apartments were great. Clean and modern. Plenty of nice touches to make things easier (extra toilet rolls, dish soap, bin bags etc, toiletries, hairdryer). We were a family of two adults and two teens staying in a two bed apartment. Plenty of space. The communal facilities were great too - lovely pool area and roof terrace. The staff were friendly and very happy to help with anything that we needed. The location is about 30 min walk from the centre of Palma or a 10/15 min bus ride. The buses stop about 50m from the apartment building. 2euros to get into the city. The castle is a 10minute walk from the apartment. The seafront/marina about 5 minute walk. There is a small supermarket about 5 minute walk and a larger one about 10 min. The area is a little run down but no more than many city suburbs and this apartment block is certainly not run down. We were comfortable walking home of an evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Property was very well furnished & equipped. Everything was to a high standard & spotlessly clean. There was a small balcony & lots of natural light. There was no noise. The communal areas were lovely too. The staff were super friendly, super helpful & gave us lots of good advice / recommendations. They also helped us to book taxis. There was free filtered water in communal areas for guests to use / fill up their water bottles. The bed & pillows were of good quality & very comfortable. There is a little supermarket near to the accommodation which has everything you could need & is open 7 days a week until late. There is a bus stop very near to the hotel which takes you straight into the centre of Palma if you don't fancy the 30 minute walk.

The apartment was comfortable and stylish, the shared outside space was fab, the location in terms of transport was great and all the staff were super helpful
