We had no heat in our first room and they said the manager was gone and they couldn’t make a decision on what to do. We lucked out and someone canceled. Heat was needed during our stay!

Our stay was great. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was great. The only thing that we didn't like, was that the indoor poor was not working.

Requested and received ADA room. Front desk as well as cleaning crew were helpful and very polite, Room was very clean and cool when we arrived. We arrived at breakfast just as the final minutes were expiring but we still had all options available and in adequate quantities. Be was very comfortable.
