Location, comfort, space and pool

Somewhat dirty around the BBQ area.

Location was excellent - near enough to town and the beach, but far enough to be nice and quiet. The house was really well appointed, and we loved the pool. I loved that the bathrooms all had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc, and that there was laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and dishwasher tablets. The little things make all the difference.

A couple of little things were missing from the kitchen - basic things like vegetable peelers, and steak knives.

Great location. Very spacious and well laid out. Excellent internal facilities, including ice already on the freezer and a fully operational coffee machine.

The pool was filthy upon arrival. Had bottle tops in it. We couldn't swim until it was cleaned the following day. The pool area is missing tiles also and the pool light wires could be seen due to damage. On the 4th day the pool was so cloudy it was also unswimmable. They did attend quite quickly to try and rectify the problem but the pool was not very inviting at all. When you pay that kind of money and can't swim 50% of the time (with kids) it really puts a cloud on your holiday.

Gorgeous pool. Lots of space for the family

Easy walk to town. Pool was a great feature. Coffee machine was awesome! Great office desk.
