La ubicación

La limpieza, el baño estaba sucio No tiene recepción en fin de semana y me llamó el gerente de muy malos modos diciendo que me había ido sin pagar. ¿Como voy a pagar si no hay nadie? Mintió diciendo que a la hora de mi llegada estaba allí, todo esto en un tono excesivamente elevado de voz. Creo que Booking debería pensar dejar de ofrecer este establecimiento. Si te quedas sin batería en el móvil no podrás entrar en la habitación ....

"Tão impessoal que incomoda."

Centro da cidade, perto do porto, bem localizado

informaram-nos que haveria um recepcionista de segunda a sexta, até ás 23 horas, chegámos ás 22.30 e tínhamos um numero de telefone.... que nos foi dando códigos de acesso...Serviço de recepção, péssimo, estivemos dois dias no hotel, vimos o recepcionista uma vez, pediu os passaportes, nem mais uma palavra. Tipo, estão a gostar da cidade, o alojamento é confortável???? Nada! Pobre. Limpeza da casa de banho muito fraca. Janela a dar para um cubículo interno....

"Hotel céntrico muy básico"

La ubicación y la limpieza

Cuando llegamos no había nada en el baño. Ni papel higiénico, ni gel bi champú. Tuvimos que pedirlo. No había nada más en el baño. La nevera no funcionaba. En un hotel de 4 estrellas esto no es aceptable.
