A estrutura do condomínio é maravilhosa, piscinas limpas todos os dias, com temperatura ótima, arborizado, organizado e limpo. A estrutura da praia também é ótima. A melhor parte da praia de muro alto, perfeita para crianças. Super tranquilo, foram dias maravilhosos. O apartamento é ótimo, 2 quartos e possui toda estrutura para nem precisar sair do condomínio. A Cristiana super solícita, esclareceu dúvidas e nos deixou muito à vontade. O café da manhã do condomínio vale super a pena o preço, um dos mais completos que já vi.

Gostei das áreas externas: piscina, jardins, limpeza, funcionários, área da praia e de uma forma geral do apartamento, exceto alguns pontos a melhorar. Gostei muito do carinho em me presentear com um mimo delicioso. A suíte foi bem avaliada por minha nora e meu filho.

✓Achei as beliches muito desconfortáveis, barulhentas ao se mexer e com taliscas soltas e estalando. ✓O tapete (piso) do banheiro estava muito sujo e manchado. ✓A porta do banheiro social, talvez precise ser reformada ou trocada. ✓O piso do prédio é muito escorregadio e as pessoas saem da piscina molhadas e presenciei várias pessoas escorregando, inclusive eu, um dos meus filhos e minha neta quase levamos um tombo feio.
